Practice and Presence: An Ashtanga, Philosophy & Sound Healing Retreat

This weekend retreat is anchored in the Ashtanga yoga method and complemented by sound healing practices designed to bring us fully into the present moment.

Throughout the weekend, you’ll experience:

  • Sound baths and meditation with Saumil and Lillian to support grounding, awareness, and integration
  • Mysore, led and pranayama practice
  • Study of yoga philosophy and how to apply it in daily life
  • Mind body journaling for reflection and integration
  • Shared meals, beach time, and connection
  • Sunday brunch

Workshops including: 

  • Foundations for Daily Practice: foundational postures and structure for creating a consistent, sustainable routine
  • Finding Power and Space: Tap into sustainable strength-building through intelligent practice and unlock flexibility with awareness and patience
  • Exploration of additional breathwork techniques and optional ice baths

This retreat is open to beginner and experienced students alike who seek a grounded, thoughtful approach to yoga, one that honors tradition while inviting presence, awareness, and integration.

Foundations for Daily Practice  

Foundational postures, creating a daily routine, and understanding how yoga differs from conventional exercise.

4:00 – 5:30 PM (Boardwalk) 

Welcome and Introductions 

6:00 – 7:30 PM (The Art Lounge)

Led Ashtanga Primary Practice

Options for 30, 45, 60, 75, or 90-minute practice lengths.

7:30 – 8:00 PM (The Art Lounge) 

Pranayama & Sound Bath

8:30 PM

Group Dinner Reservation (Participants are responsible for their own expense) 

Optional fireworks viewing.

Saturday | February 21

Yoga Philosophy: Applying it to Practice and to Daily Life

Pricing:
Full workshop price is $349.

Early Bird Rate: $299 when booked on or before January 20.
A payment plan option is available.

Accommodations:
Lodging is not included in the workshop price. Discounted room rates are available at Margaritaville.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made on or before January 20 will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued after this date.
