McAllen Ashtanga Shala teaches the Ashtanga Yoga method honoring tradition and lineage. This method is a systematic approach to the postures, vinyasas, and breath. The foundation of this practice is mysore style classes, but we also offer beginner and led classes.
MAS is a space that upholds yoga philosophy in the way we practice and create community. We believe that yoga is more than physical exercise and being in a space that supports the inward journey has benefits far and beyond the physical body.
